Who We Are
Phi Nu Kappa Sorority, Incorporated is a national, non profit 501(c)(3), non collegiate social and service organization for LGBT friendly women. Founded in Tallahassee, Florida on February 20, 2002, we put communication, service, and true sisterhood first. Our work includes hands on community service, leadership development, and partnerships that leave lasting impressions in the communities we serve. We are klassy, kaptivating, and kourageous, and we hold ourselves to a high standard in how we operate and represent Phi Nu Kappa.

Our mission is to strengthen communities through service, develop leaders through intentional growth, and build a sisterhood grounded in accountability and care.

We exist to create lasting impressions through consistent service, clear communication, and true sisterhood. We provide a supportive space where women can lead, serve, and grow while maintaining the standard of Phi Nu Kappa.

Phi Nu Kappa is a sisterhood built on service, leadership, growth, and the belief that women are stronger when we support, challenge, and pour into one another. Our organization is made up of women from different backgrounds, experiences, and walks of life who share one common purpose: to make a meaningful impact while continuing to grow into the best versions of ourselves.
For us, sisterhood is more than a word. It is showing up. It is serving with intention. It is creating space for women to lead, learn, evolve, and use their voices with confidence.
As we move forward, our focus is simple: Reset. Rebuild. Rise.
We are resetting the standard of what meaningful sisterhood and leadership should look like. We are rebuilding stronger connections within our organization and the communities we serve. And we are rising to meet the moment with courage, accountability, compassion, and purpose.
Service remains at the heart of Phi Nu Kappa. Through our philanthropic efforts, community partnerships, mentorship, and outreach, we strive to create impact that is genuine, consistent, and lasting. We do not simply want to be present in our communities; we want our presence to matter.
