Membership Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older

Must have a high school diploma or GED

Demonstrate interest and potential for growth in leadership, social engagement, and democratic principles.

Must be willing to participate in service initiatives that support our communities.

Recruitment Process

Information Sessions

Join a recruitment event to learn about Phi Nu Kappa, our values, expectations, and what membership really looks like. You’ll also have the chance to meet current members.

Interest Application

Complete the interest form so we can learn more about you and your location. This helps us connect you with the appropriate point of contact in your area. They will reach out to share next steps and local opportunities to connect.

Interview Process

Submit an official application along with required letters of recommendation. You will also participate in a conversation style interview so we can ensure alignment and mutual fit.

New Member Education

Begin new member education to learn our history, standards, and operations as you start your journey in the sisterhood. You will be supported through each step as you learn how we move, what we stand for, and how to represent Phi Nu Kappa with pride and integrity.
